Changed My Perspective Haley contacted me about getting a new lease after the former representative that worked with me left. When she called I was not happy with my situat Haley contacted me about getting a new lease after the former representative that worked with me left. When she called I was not happy with my situation. The former representative had sold me on a lease and it had not worked out as planned. I had contacted him several times and never received the help I needed. So when Haley called I was not even slightly open to talking to her. However, her approach to listening to me and providing solutions changed my perspective completely. She heard me out, explained that she was going to look into even if I wasn’t going to work with her, and then provided a solution that solved my issues. I am very happy with her service and would highly recommend working with Haley. More

Throughout my lease Haley would contact me to see how I was liking the car and would ask if I had any questions, which I always did. I really didn't understand how a lease actually worked and she (very, very) patiently explained the process, including what others consider to be cons. I love the process. Just recently I started thinking of a new car, so when Haley called I'd tell her "features" I wanted....Haley would search all makes and models looking for the "features" I wanted. She'd send me pictures, window stickers, tell me which cars were offering rebates or discount and anything she could get her hands on. I hate car shopping and have always tended to get the first thing that was "ok", so Haley doing all the shopping was the most awesome thing, I never even had to set foot at a dealership!! I just made my first lease trade-in a couple of days ago, going from a 2016 Jeep to a 2019 Jeep. It was another seamless process. They took care of everything, including changing out the insurance and reminding me to take out my toll tag. And my favorite part... they deliver the car to you!!! I would really recommend to ANYONE to try a lease out, and when you do... call Haley at D&M Leasing! More
