Mark was prepared, patient, and professional. He had the vehicle I wanted to test drive ready and waiting when I arrived. When it came time to decide on price he and his manager gave me time to make an informed decision and weren’t pushy. Naturally, I was comfortable doing business with them and made the decision to move forward. The entire dealership was professional and prepared.
