Gwindalyn was helpful, but the work completed was shoddily done. In fact, just a few days ago, we heard a rattling coming from the front of the car. Opened the hood to find a mounting screw missing, shoddily done. In fact, just a few days ago, we heard a rattling coming from the front of the car. Opened the hood to find a mounting screw missing, but found in the wiper well. The tech obviously just forgot to reinstall it. More
