Conducted weeks of research on the vehicle to fit my lifestyle, a 2026 HR-V EX-L. Mixed in was research on working with dealerships, ways they make a profit or mislead. About 40 YT videos later along with a bunch of reading, I chose Honda Cars of Bellevue as they seemed the most honest and apart from business's who were questionable. Quality, friendly service from the moment I stepped out of my car. After spending time with Guy and Chyrlyn, it was like sitting on my couch at home, chatting with friends. Simply said, just an amazingly incredible experience. No sales pitch or fumbling words. Honest, concise answers. Guy presented a sales proposal. It was easy to read, 1 page. Here was everything I wanted with an OTD price at the bottom. Also a heck of a trade in on my 1999 Civic with a few bells and whistles added in. The financing side was a breeze. Chyrlyn ran me though the whole process and offerings in about 15 minutes. Never asked me repeatedly about anything, I said yes or no and we moved on. On delivery day, it was a class act. Tari assisted with my final signings and paperwork. In and out in 5 minutes. Wonderfully time efficient. The send of was quite cool... If you are looking for a vehicle and want someone you can trust to always do the right thing, go no further. After buying a vehicle six weeks ago that turned out to have issues that could not have been found trust to always do the right thing, go no further. After buying a vehicle six weeks ago that turned out to have issues that could not have been found as there were no visible symptoms, Brian and Matthew worked hard to make sure I was made whole, that the right thing was done. They offered to either do the very expensive repair or help me into another vehicle, and I chose the latter. Their willingness to do right by me above all else really, really spoke volumes about the kind of people they are and the dealership this is. My salesman, Guy Southwick, was also very helpful through this process, making sure I was aware of steps along the way and keeping me informed, plus helping me make the right decision on a replacement vehicle with his concern only focused on what was best for me. Tari Brewer in Finance...thanks to this process I worked through finance twice with her in less than two months, and I don't think I have ever had an easier, more efficient finance process in any dealership, ever. If you want honesty, trust and caring, Honda Cars of Bellevue will not let you down. More

Quach tried to cheat me by telling me he would buy my used car personally for more than what the dealer would pay. He lied. He said the dealer would give me $X, but he would give me $1000 more.
