Contacted dealer for vehicle advertised on their website. Daniel took our call. From start to finish Daniel was professional and knowledgeable about process and vehicle. We ended up wanting the same vehicle Daniel took our call. From start to finish Daniel was professional and knowledgeable about process and vehicle. We ended up wanting the same vehicle advertised except with a sunroof. Dealership did not have in stocked but located one at another dealership. They were able to arrange getting the vehicle we wanted. Entire 2 days it took for to locate, arrange to get and it arriving Daniel was in constant contact updating us on status, was proactive in getting all information needed to process deal completed thus making day of pickup faster and more efficient. If at any point Daniel was unavailable his manager Mr. Fred was there to answer questions or provide updates. From Daniel to Mr. Fred and even Mr. Campos the process and sale was great.
