I spoke to the General Manager and explained in detail what the salesperson did. He misled us and was careless with the paperwork. We trusted you (after two previos purchases) and that’s where we went wrong. I also spoke to the Financial Manager who handled the purchase. We should have been told the truth and should have been treated with transparency. Your dealership did not do that.
