Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. I have purchased many cars and I have never had issues like I did here. My father went up on a Wednesday to look at a car he wanted for work, he gave a deposit and they asked him if he wanted it that day. He said no I don't need it now, I can come back Monday. We made an appointment for 5pm on Monday, we get there and wait an hour and a half. There is absolutely no reason that we should have waited at all since we were told we had to make an appointment to come up in the first place. After being very frustrated waiting that long, we went to complain and find 3 managers sitting in the office chatting. Only then did they try to apologize for the wait and offered compensation in a gift card for dinner for the trouble which they never sent and when asked about it about a month later, they apologized and said they would mail it out and never did. They then offered to put dealer plates on the vehicle for my father to take home for the night. We then had to go back the next night to sign the paperwork and that ordeal was 45min to an hour long. I have never spent so much time in a dealership buying a car, the whole process is ridiculous and time consuming when it doesn't have to be . If it weren't for needing this specific vehicle I would have never dealt with this run down dealership and their horrible customer service. I tell everyone to stay far away from vision nissan in greece, and this place confirms why I only deal with West Herr dealerships with amazing customer service. More

I think the work they do is good but not the wait! ! I had an 11:00 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I was waiting for my car at 1:00 they said, they hadn’t looked at it yet; maybe and 4 ! I had an 11:00 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. So why have an appointment if after 2 hours no one even looked at it. A lot of other people waiting where have the same issues. More
