Service department is awful. Brought in car for a faulty adaptive cruise control problem and a flat tire. Five days later, they returned the car to me with the same problems. Nothing was fixed…but they mana adaptive cruise control problem and a flat tire. Five days later, they returned the car to me with the same problems. Nothing was fixed…but they managed to give me a bill for $275. Don’t use them! More

This evaluation is coming from a very LOYAL Honda customer (1978 Accord, 1982 Prelude, 1995 Accord Sport, 2012 Accord Sport V6, the latter which I purchased from Millennium Honda) who has never used customer (1978 Accord, 1982 Prelude, 1995 Accord Sport, 2012 Accord Sport V6, the latter which I purchased from Millennium Honda) who has never used the Honda Service Department until now. And the reason for that?? GREG ANDREWS!! Because of him, I ONLY have my car serviced at Millennium Honda. Greg is very professional, is always available for guidance and advice, and always gives me exceptional service. He responds quickly to all my phone calls, greets me personally and makes sure my service is efficiently completed on time. What a manager!! And an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is SO good, that my husband, a loyal Toyota customer, bought his 2017 Honda Touring, because of Greg, and Millennium Honda is where it gets serviced, just like me!. Terrible service department....Had an appointment Tuesday 8 am. They called me @ 4 pm and told me they had not diagnosed the car and would have to keep it till tomorrow. Service was for oil and filter change 8 am. They called me @ 4 pm and told me they had not diagnosed the car and would have to keep it till tomorrow. Service was for oil and filter change and to check left strut. I felt excessive bouncing on bumps. Called Wednesday afternoon and was told car was not looked at yet and probably would not get looked at today.... This was WITH an appointment! Will never go back there... More

My experience was the worst because after I traded in my older vehicle to get a newer model which I didn't get any type of deal on. The suv I bought was a lemon and when I got it changed I had to pay more m older vehicle to get a newer model which I didn't get any type of deal on. The suv I bought was a lemon and when I got it changed I had to pay more money which I really should of been given a brand new suv for paying a difference of 9000 dollars. When it wasn't my fault I was sold a suv that I never got to test drive and staff did not look at the suv I came out of to know that I wanted all those features back in my new ride. Both my experience with this sales person and staff was no good they have you waiting the whole day and I paid cash for my vehicle. I wouldn't recommend anyone to get their vehicle from this place. More

I have had the pleasure of visiting the Millennium Honda dealership in Hempstead, N.Y., twice now. On my first visit, I leased my fabulous new Honda Passport, which I absolutely LOVE, and the second visit w dealership in Hempstead, N.Y., twice now. On my first visit, I leased my fabulous new Honda Passport, which I absolutely LOVE, and the second visit was for my car’s first scheduled service appointment. I have to thank Ray Brown and the incredible team at Millennium Honda for the care and commitment to service that was demonstrated on both visits! I had a million questions on my first visit, and I never felt rushed or pressured in any way...quite the opposite. They took time with me, put me at ease, and made it such a wonderful experience! Ray Brown is truly a man of integrity, who has demonstrated to me that he genuinely cares about his customers the way he would a friend or family member that really mattered. Ray and his sales and service team do an exceptional job of providing what is needed and helping you through the process. Several times different members of the team checked on me while my car was being serviced on my second visit to the dealership. Every measure was taken to see that I was comfortable and at ease. The experience I’ve had at Millennium Honda and with my new Honda Passport has been amazing! My car looks beautiful and drives like a dream. I feel so safe driving it. The staff is extremely kind and very helpfu When choosing a dealer for purchasing or serving Honda cars, the best place to go is “Honda Millennium”. The staff is extremely kind and very helpful. When I purchased my Honda Pilot, Mr. Ray Brown and his staff Adeleke Osinuga were very respectful and diligent. I went to their office 5 times before I decided to purchase the car due to their persistency I owned the car today. I thought it was just the sales department that showed this type of professional and friendly nature, until I met Mr. Gregory Andrews in services, he is very respectful and professional in dealing with the customers. He did everything to make me and the other customers comfortable. The assistance and support he gave me when my car was in their shop blew my mind. He treats the customers with utmost respect and dignity. I actually told all my family and friends to go to Honda Millennium for all their auto needs because they are the “BEST”. Thank you, RAY, Adeleke and Greg for all that you do for the customers. More

Can’t get any worst I purchased a pre-certified 2015 Honda Odyssey. This van is no where near where it’s suppose to be certified. I have to take the van back on the secon I purchased a pre-certified 2015 Honda Odyssey. This van is no where near where it’s suppose to be certified. I have to take the van back on the second day for door problem. Got it back one day n then a “check engine light” problem shows up. First time service took three days. Again error comes back and serviced for two weeks. Got van back for a week same error. Goes back for two more weeks. Got van back for a week . Same error again n two more weeks in the shop. I drove the van for less then 100 miles in two and a half month. Got the van back again for two weeks. Related problems w the check engine light problem. Van goes in shop for two more weeks. I’m planning to write to BBB and to Albany also. Not once did any one from the dealer apologized. They were using my time after they sold the van to certify the van that’s what they did. I paid in good faith and all I got is aggravations time and time again. They have a customer support team but soon as they heard that I have problems with the van. They stop calling right the way. Everyone I called in service like mr Castillo’s Abreu or the other used car manager Matt. They don’t want to hear from me. They keep referring to the van as a service problem. I wish I could tell them when I pay them it’s a cash problem will they wait? The worst experience I ever have with any dealers and I own 7 Honda so far. No one should go to Millinium Honda because they really don’t care after you paid and it’s the fact. If now one believes me just go to the service waiting area and speak with some of their customers. I did and I told them to write to BBB so next customer would know. Thank you for your time. More
