We wanted to write a review on Toyota of Cleveland and our outstanding sales representative Gregg Bain. As we decided between a couple of Toyota models, Gregg was very patient with us; he was very attenti our outstanding sales representative Gregg Bain. As we decided between a couple of Toyota models, Gregg was very patient with us; he was very attentive to our particular needs, he was thorough, and very knowledgeable. He always put us at ease with no pushy sales tactics. We decided on the RAV4 Hybrid, but the dealership didn’t currently have the trim line that met our needs. Speaking with Gregg, he assured us that he would be able to acquire the vehicle we wanted; he said it may take time. After much effort on Gregg’s part as well as several others behind the scenes, they got the exact vehicle we wanted. Throughout the process, Gregg stayed in touch with us the entire time; he assured us the vehicle was coming and provided delivery updates every step of the way. It’s not always easy to get the exact vehicle you want, sometimes it just takes time due to many reasons. Toyota of Cleveland came through and it was actually the best vehicle purchase experience we ever had. We also want to mention Crystal Thompson, the Finance Manager, who did an outstanding job going over the various warranty options. And finally, we want to acknowledge the General Manager, Monte Burney, we were very impressed with the entire operation, and it clearly starts at the top. We had several conversations with him during our experience, and you can easily see he puts people first…his customers and his employees. Had a great used vehicle at an unbeleivable price. By phone they accurately relayed photos of any body damage, etc. to be sure the vehicle was properly represented before making the drive up to Clevel By phone they accurately relayed photos of any body damage, etc. to be sure the vehicle was properly represented before making the drive up to Cleveland. They also immediately ordered new front rotors for the vehicle after I'd noticed the breaks pulsing a bit (no negotiation necessary). They even allowed me bay time with a mechanic to verify the computer diagnostics and mechanical condition of the vehicle. Salesman Gregg Bain was excellent, and genuinely cared. Between the day of the test drive and the day I came back for final purchase, I think he remembered every word out of my mouth. Great guy. Highly recommend this dealer. More
