He kindly stayed well after closing and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. We met with him on two separate days and he spent a lot of time addressing our concerns. He was so nice and truly went above and beyond. He even gave our son a ton of snacks! Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa was unexpectedly pleasant experience for us. We had stopped at several dealers in the area and this particular dealer twice that evening. At each of the other dealers we were either ignored or felt like we were pounced on the moment we stepped out of our car. At Rusty Wallace Kia Alco, we experienced none of that. We were greeted with a smile within a few minutes of looking around. We came here because I'd already read reviews and researched a few cars in particular we were interested in. Even though it was 30 minutes before they closed and each of the salespeople were with someone, they made sure someone said hello and let us know someone would be with us shortly. We never expected to keep anyone after hours but Mr. Taylor among others stayed to take care of us. We ended up narrowing our choices down to two vehicles, getting all our application completed took a test drive and ask a ton of questions. Not once did anyone make us feel pressured or rushed. The next morning, Mr Taylor kept us informed and continued to answer our questions. We left with a newer car than we expected. A brand new car with payments and interest rate much lower than we had budgeted for! The sales manager truly went above and beyond for our family. A gentleman greeted us nicely and let us know someone would be with us quickly as possible. Greg ended up taking care of us and it was a welcome experience after the negative or nonexistent customer service we'd received at other nearby dealerships. The sales manager went above and beyond for us. We went in looking at preowned cars and left with a brand new car for less than we imagined and payments under budget. Highly recommend! More
