Three Years of Great Service!!! I started with a Sportage and upgraded to the Sorento. Then, my son needed a car, and I persuaded him that Kia was the way to go. My reasons are simple: Greg Schmidt has always been professional at each of our three purchases and offered me options that make financial sense for me. I feel he cares enough goes out of his way to acknowledge me whenever I come for service. Furthermore, I do ALL of the service at Regal because Angel, Glenn and Jeff are polite, address my concerns, and stay on top of my car/time needs. That on top of the value I get for my dollar. I cannot say enough about Regal Kia!!! More

He wasn't available right away, but we were acknowledged by other employees, and they saw that we were attended to until Greg was able to talk to us. Greg worked on finding vehicle that would meet our needs. We were treated good, and time was taken to see that we felt comfortable with what we were presented. My wife & I had been looking to replace my aging Honda, and the KIA Soul was recommended by one of our family members as a great alternative to anothe My wife & I had been looking to replace my aging Honda, and the KIA Soul was recommended by one of our family members as a great alternative to another Honda. We tried a dealership in our area, but their stock levels were iffy to non-existent on the Soul and their sales tactics were very heavy. After doing some research, we contacted the Regal KIA dealership in Lakeland to see if they had any Souls in stock. From the start, the dealership was able to tell us over the phone how many were in stock,and referred us to a sales rep (Greg Schmidt.) Despite it being late in the evening when we arrived, Greg and staff devoted the time for us to test drive, ask questions, discuss pricing and financing and stayed late so we could leave with a new 2014 Soul. I wouldn't normally describe the purchase process as enjoyable, but it was here. They made it easy and straightforward, and best of all there were no games. They worked with us past closing time to get the financing taken care of with John Guy. We left with a new car and KIA gained a couple of devoted fans. Since the time of the sale, Greg and every member of the dealership has remained helpful and engaged with us as customers. Their Service Department is quick, efficient, and very helpful as well. I can't say enough good about Greg & this dealership, they are simply awesome. We are recommending this dealership to all our friends & family, and we will be back to see Greg the next time we need a car! More
