The whole experience was easy and pressure-free and Greg was just wonderful and very thoughtful, knowing we had just had a long drive. I drove away in my new Kia Soul and I love it! The whole car buying process can be stressful and intimidating but Greg did not pressure me (the thing I hate most about buying a new car) and made sure I was ready for the long drive home. When it came to the finance part of the transaction...the whole thing was signed and done in less than 15 minutes! Thank you Greg and everyone at Regal Kia! More

Everyone we met was polite and extremely professional. Greg and Sam located the exact vehicle we wanted and were extremely helpful with comparison of features and options. The manager, Mike Galloway, as well as our salesmen were able to work within our budget. We were extremely satisfied with the transaction overall, everything was clearly explained and outlined. Best car buying experience ever! I was in the market for a new car, and after some research, decided that a Kia Soul might be a good choice for my needs. I used the Costco Auto Progra I was in the market for a new car, and after some research, decided that a Kia Soul might be a good choice for my needs. I used the Costco Auto Program for selecting a dealership (there are several Kia dealers in my Orlando area) but the "dealership of excellence" Costco recommended was Regal Kia in Lakeland. Regal Kia contacted me within minutes, and arranged an appointment for the following morning. Greg Schmidt had three Kia models pulled up and ready for me when I arrived, based on what I had indicated I was interested in. The dealership itself was clean and bright and pleasant. Greg has extensive knowledge of the Kia Soul, did an in-depth demonstration of the features, and answered all of my questions. A short test drive, and I was ready to buy. The purchase process went smoothly, and thanks to Greg, I was able to drive my new Kia home. He made arrangements for the rental car I was driving to be picked up by the Lakeland office. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Will I be driving to Lakeland for service on the Kia? You bet! More

I was able to schedule a trip in after work with my 4 year old son and the experience was the most painless car buying experience I've ever had. Taylor left all of the documents so that when I showed up Greg simply made it happen and I was in and out within an hour.
