Respectful, Trustworthy, Knowledgeable & Courteous I was first referred to Greg Schmidt through the Costco Auto Program in December 2017, when my husband and I were first considering helping our dau I was first referred to Greg Schmidt through the Costco Auto Program in December 2017, when my husband and I were first considering helping our daughter purchase her first car. Greg spent a great deal of time with us through email , texts and through phone calls familiarizing is with the different Kia products and their available options. Greg was always very understanding, respectful and kind even after we told him we wanted to wait a few months before Deciding to purchase. Unlike all of my other car buying experiences, Greg never said or did anything to pressure rus or make us feel uncomfortable. On the contrary, he was understanding and patient and told us to please consider him when we did decide to make our purchase. On May 30 2018, I contacted Greg , ( six months after our initial contact ) and told him we were ready to purchase. He helloed us to choose the car for our daughter . On June 2, 2018, we drove 2.5 hours from Ponte Vedra Beach Florida to Lakeland Florida and purchased a Kia soul plus from Greg at Regal Kia. We had options to help our daughter purchase her first car from dozens of local car dealers yet we chose to make the extra effort and the five hour round trip drive to purchase From Greg at regal Kia because he had treated us with the upmost of respect and courtesy! I will return to Regal Kia to Purchase our next car from Greg and Highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market to purchase a new or used car. I strongly believe that Greg should be recognized by Regal Kia As a highly valuable asset to the company in general and more specificly as a member of their sales team! More
