2nd time was not a charm The first time we made a visit to Regal Kia, we were very impressed every aspect of the dealership, enough to drive away in a brand new car. This tim The first time we made a visit to Regal Kia, we were very impressed every aspect of the dealership, enough to drive away in a brand new car. This time around was the exact opposite. First lets start with the loud music being played by a DJ to no crowd... Who goes to a dealership to spend 10's of thousands of dollars to hear rap music blaring very loud to no one standing outside except for some sales persons. We came in to make do a buy out of our lease so we could purchase the car outright. After taking some time for the salesman to get the answers needed to do the paperwork we were brought tho the used car sales office to do the paperwork. We sat in there for over 45 minuets until we were finally greeted. We sat down with a finance rep and started talking about the deal. 5 minuets in we were whisked away to another office with another finance rep. Long story short, we gave the money we owed and were told that he could not do the paperwork that day and were assured that on Monday a driver would drive by the house with the paperwork for us to sign.... Well Monday came and went, as did Tuesday. Finally on Wednesday the driver stopped by and the papers were signed. Fast forward almost 2 weeks from that and I have been told after asking that they just sent the money to Kia Finance and still no title to be found. I have never been disrepected by a dealership like this in my 59 years. Will I ever purchase a new Kia again? I can not say. Will I ever buy a car from ANY REGAL car dealership, No I would not. I hope other have a better experience than we just had. Shame on Regal. The edit was to again lower my already low rating on Regal for now finding out I was lied to, A check has never been mailed to Kia Finance and it has now been 20 days since I paid Regal Kia. Nothing regal about regal. More
