Other then waiting over a month for a charger for our new EV6. Everyone has done a great job. Greg has gone way over to try and help us. I don't write reviews but in this case I had to. I had my first New car buying experience at Regal. They made it so easy, no pressure just a relaxing experience. They go through everything with you. They went through all the bells and whistles that come on these new cars. I drove away in my new car content in knowing I can count on them anytime I might need them. I'm on my second car with them now and won't go anywhere else. I have history with Regal not only for myself but my family trusts and buys there too.
