I hope your experience is better My wife and I met with Greg Holland, a salesperson, at North Penn VW. We were looking to purchase a new VW Atlas. We found a Atlas on their website an My wife and I met with Greg Holland, a salesperson, at North Penn VW. We were looking to purchase a new VW Atlas. We found a Atlas on their website and emailed Greg back and forth a couple times. We live about an hour and a half away from the dealership and Greg was aware of this. We came to look at an Atlas, test drive, and purchase. Cons: -During the test drive Greg was on his phone the entire time and barley talked -After the test drive, we were ready to negotiate for the car. Upon asking to negotiate a price, Greg stated that they are not willing to negotiate and immediately got up and left. My wife and I were very confused. He did not say bye or shake our hands, so after a minute of processing what just happened, we got up and headed to our car to leave. -As we were getting into our car he chased us down to give us his business cards. -The sales manager, Jeffrey Applegate, followed up our visit a couple days later with an email, asking our experience. After disclosing what happened, there was no response. Pros: -Nice facility -Greg was nice enough to have the car ready for us to look at in front of the dealership -Nice play area for our kids to keep busy -Offered complimentary drinks Overall, we were planning on leaving with a new Atlas when we ventured to North Penn VW. Due to either an off day for Greg or just the unwillingness to sell a vehicle to us, they did not get our business. Due to the way we were more or less written off by Greg Holland, and the lack of accountability by the sales manager, Jeffrey Applegate, I cannot recommend this dealership for any business transaction. I have seen many good reviews of this place. I hope others have way better experiences than us. Take it as you may, I hope this review helps someone. More

I called them on a Wednesday told them what I was interested in and would be there Thursday morning. Greg Holland, our sales rep, had the car out front & ready to go!! Test drove it. Loved it! Worked a deal. Since we were under a time restraint (I had to get home) Greg went over the major features with me and told me to please call him anytime if I have any questions. Then it was off to finish the paperwork with Jason. He new that we had limited time so Jason had all of the paperwork ready to go. Explained the things that I didn’t understand handed me the pen, I signed and off I went. Greg & Jason we’re wonderful to work with & yes, I would buy another car from these guys. More

Once I decided on the new Jetta he made me comfortable with my decision and the cost of the new lease. It was beautifully detailed & in perfect condition, We finished the paperwork and I drove it home. Greg, Derek & Jason were all amazing to deal with - honest & straight forward.
