Good but not perfect The service was suppose to include checking all fluids, tire pressure, and etc but instead the service writer asked if I wanted those things done (and The service was suppose to include checking all fluids, tire pressure, and etc but instead the service writer asked if I wanted those things done (and that it would take more than an hour). Last I checked, it only takes a few minutes to check windshield washer fluid and make sure the tires are inflated perfectly. The service was originally for a factory recommended “ECM Programming.” My question, if you’re trying to improve your customer service, why wouldn’t you just perform a courtesy fluid check (after all you had the car for an hour)?
