On the day we stopped in to purchase our vehicle Scott was not available. Greg Hoag happily stepped in and assisted us in preparing the initial paperwork. On the day we picked up the vehicle the financing staff walked us through the closing process very efficiently, thoroughly explaining our options and helping us select the best fit for our needs. The General Manager, Eric Olsen, even took the time to visit with us before we left to insure we had a positive experience. This is the second vehicle we have bought from Eric and his staff. Every Accord I've had has met or exceeded my expectations, and (Willimason Honda) for over 20 years. It's always a delight to work with Greg Hoag. Every Accord I've had has met or exceeded my expectations, and I've always felt I was treated fairly. Once, when a car I was driving was in an accident, it was taking awhile for the body shop to get to my car. My insurance for a rental car was expiring, and I drive in my business. Hoag let me drive his Accord V-6 Coupe for the duration. Sold! A smart move on his part, because I couldn't wait to get my next Accord. And the service department is most trustworthy. This is a great organization! More
