He worked within my price range and that alone was a challenge. Garry is super patient. Funny too. I changed my mind several times and that was OK with him. Garry went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I was looking for. I’ve worked with three different sales consultants in the past with good success at Richard Lucas and I will certainly go back to Garry in three years when my lease is up! Went in to talk pricing on a new Outback and didn’t plan on leaving with one. Rey and the staff were so great and worked with us so my wife and I walked out with a new car. This is my third time leasing a car from Richard Lucas Subaru, and working with Nick on a deal, and the experience with everyone at the dealership was as friendly and hassle-free as ever. I never felt pressured into making a quick decision, and I felt like I was listened to when expressing my need-to-haves and nice-to-haves. Nick is a true gem of a person, who was up front and honest through the entire sales process, and even remembered a side chat we had three years ago about an aspirational watch I had hoped to buy. I also worked with Greg on the numbers, Vinny on the paperwork, and Bill on the delivery, and all of them exceed anything I could have expected from folks "on the other side of the table". They were more than fair when evaluating my trade, and were easy to work with when I threw in a couple of 11th hour curveballs before closing the sale. I have Subaru dealerships much closer to where I live nowadays, but I continue to come back because of the way I'm treated here. More
