We had a great sales experience with Gred Dowdy with finding our RX350 that we purchased recently at your dealership. We were at the dealership last Saturday, and could not find what we wanted, but Gr finding our RX350 that we purchased recently at your dealership. We were at the dealership last Saturday, and could not find what we wanted, but Greg promised us that he would look for and keep his eye open for a red color RX 350 that we preferred. A week went by and Gred called us and said that the car that we were looking for just came in and we should come down and look at it. When we went to look at the car it was exactly as he described it to be and what we were looking for. Long story short, we took it for a test drive and purchased it the following week-end. We feel that Greg went out of his way to fulfill our wishes and did a great job stay after normal work hours to show us how this car performs with all it's extra features and attributes. We feel that Greg went beyond our expectations to make us a happy and satisfied customer. We would definitely recommend this dealership and this salesperson to our relatives and friends. More
