We recently felt "held hostage" at Venice dealership and were not looking forward to a similar situation. We found our salesman Greg Dowdy to be easy going, friendly and low pressure, yet informed about the car. He was very helpful before, during and especially after the sale. We had been recommended to Greg Dowdy by a friend & he fulfilled all our expectations. The entire process was great. Greg showed us numerous options, answering all our questions & we settled on a 2014 Lexus Suv. Several days later we picked up our car and we were introduced to our service rep and met with Kenny Turner our delivery specialist. Kenny answered all our questions ,showing us all the wonderful options on the car & helped set us up . Again the process was wonderful. Have bought many cars in my life but by far this was the best.
