Greg Dowdy was professional, courteous, and most of all very educated on the Lexus brand. He was able to answer all of our questions truthfully, and in a user friendly way for the lay person. He was not pushy, and took the time to make sure we understood all of the features and benefits of what we were looking at. THANKS so much. Truly a great experience. I recently purchased a ridiculously bright yellow low mileage '14 Boxster, and had the pleasure of working with Greg Dowdy (Sales) and Dan Messick (Finance). About 75-80% of the time was with Greg but Dan also definitely deserves special mention. Both gentlemen went out of their way to make a fair deal possible, easy, and low stress. Greg was great from setting my wife and I up for the Saturday test drive, all the way through the eventual purchase on Monday. The pricing and fees were transparent, as was the full CarFax report. Super nice guy. And for those of you who dread the back room with the Finance guy, you will truly enjoy Dan. A veteran of 43 years, with bountiful knowledge and useful advice. Easy-going and no high pressure tactics. None of that would be so amazing alone if it were not for the price also being very competitive. Wow I can't say enough good things!!! I purchased my preowned ES350 in October of 2018 from out of town. However I have a new perspective about this process now that I have had the luxury of dealing with Mr. Greg Dowdy @ Wilde Lexus. What a flawlessly smooth experience it was. Greg was right on top of the whole process and gave me a genuine feeling of loyalty. I told Greg what I was interested in and he stayed true to his word and found a perfect vehicle for us. I had an issue with paying the sales tax again when I registered the vehicle in Maryland............I contacted Greg right away and once again he proved his loyalty and resolved the matter the very next day.
