They lie to you bout everything. We have been members of the Toyota family for the past 17 years. As prior customers of Route 44 Raynham, we returned with a wish list for a new Corolla for myself and FJCruiser for my Husband and would like years. As prior customers of Route 44 Raynham, we returned with a wish list for a new Corolla for myself and FJCruiser for my Husband and would like to share our shopping experience with you. From the minute of arrival, we were greeted by a well groomed and courteous member of the staff who instantly referred us to begin our shopping spree and from that minute through hours later on exit, our team never fell short of outstanding customer care. From the knowledgeable information provided throughout the test drive, the patience and courteous conversation throughout negotiations and concluding with the sociable and organized financing, all three members of our team, Dave, Glen and Joel provided the expertise available to make our shopping experience outstanding. Route 44 Raynham has maintained the expert customer service that we remembered in our past visits and we encourage anyone to experience the visit. I have been to Route 44 Toyota twice in the last year and a half and we bought both times. The first time we came in we were greeted by Wally who we ended up buying from. He was very polite, not at all pus a half and we bought both times. The first time we came in we were greeted by Wally who we ended up buying from. He was very polite, not at all pushy and very patient with us. I feel like we got a really good deal and we returned this year to buy a truck and did even better! The second experience was just as smooth and quick as the first transaction. Both times we got my vehicle within a day. Also worked with Joel and Glen who had us out in no time. I've read several of the previous comments and would just like to add that perhaps when you go to a car dealership, do your homework before you go, know what you want, how much your willing to pay and are serious about buying a car you wouldn't feel "pressured". These guys are trying to make a living, don't waste their time. Anyway when it comes time to trade in, Route 44, I'll be back. More

ON FEB 28,2012 I WENT INTO ROUTE 44 TOYOTA WITH MY SON TO PURCHASE A 2012 HIGHLANDER FOR HIS WIFE, WITHIN ONE HOUR THE DEAL DEAL WAS COMPLETED. THIS INCLUDED TEST DRIVE,AGREED UPON PRICE AND FINANCING. NOWHE PURCHASE A 2012 HIGHLANDER FOR HIS WIFE, WITHIN ONE HOUR THE DEAL DEAL WAS COMPLETED. THIS INCLUDED TEST DRIVE,AGREED UPON PRICE AND FINANCING. NOWHERE WAS THERE ANY TYPE OF PROBLEM. OVER THE YEARS STARTING IN 1992 TO THE PRESENT I PERSONALLY LEASED 5 TOYOTA CAMRY'S WHILE I WAS WORKING(I'M RETIRED NOW). MY WIFE HAS PURCHASED 2 AVALON'S, A 2007 AND A 2011 AND MY SON HAS PURCHASED A SOLARA(FORGOT WHAT YEARS THAT WAS) AND PRESENTLY HE HAS A 2007 THUNDRA. NOW WITH HAVING HIS FIRST CHILD HE NEEDED A LARGER VEHICLE SO HE BOUGHT THE HIGHLANDER AND IS KEEPING HIS WIFE'S 2002 COROLLA WITH 199,600 MILES BECAUSE IT'S IN GOOD CONDITIONAND WITH GAS PRICES WHERE THEY ARE THEY'LL USE IT IN THE CITY. ALL THESE VEHICLES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE 2002 COROLLA WERE PURCHASED AT ROUTE 44. NOW IF I WAS NOT SATISFIED FIRST WITH THE PRODUCT OR THE DEALER WOULD I KEEP GOING BACK TO ROUTE 44? BESIDES THE SERVICE DEPT. IS TOP-SHELVE WITH PEOPLE LIKE KEVIN PERRY, BOB RODRIGUES, MARK,REBECCA AND TONY. ALSO, THE PEOPLE UP FRONT ON THE SALE ROOM FLOOR ARE TOP-NOTCH. PEOPLE LIKE JIM LANCZYSKI, MARK MC ALOON,GLENN BROWN. ALL THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN THERE FOR YEARS. SOMETIMES AS HUMAN BEING'S WE ARE THE PROBLEM WHEN WE GO TO PURCHASE A NEW CAR. WE GO IN WITH A NEGATIVE ATTITUDE BECAUSE WE THINK THE SALESMAN IS ONLY INTERESTED IN HOW MUCH COMMISSION HE CAN MAKE AND SO TOO ABOUT THE OWNERSHIP. THE OLD SAYING "YOU CAN PLEASE SOME OF THE PEOPLE SOME OF TIME BUT YOU CAN'T PLEASE ALL THE PEOPLE ALL THE TIME". THIS IS NOT TRUE IN OUR FAMILY BECAUSE WE HAVE BEEN PLEASED "ALL THE TIME".
