I called for an appointment they were very accomodating. Explained estimate beforehand. I waited not long in the lobby. They had my trucks oil changed and tires rotated. Went to do my truck maintanance and could not completed the work because the lift to rotate the tires was not able to lift the truck and they had to take out my tire valves cap and never put it back. Very poor service compared to my first experience with service from the original dealer in west palm beach. Thank you More
