I seldom do reviews but really feel compelled to do this one. We have purchased several new vehicles from Honda of Lake City. It has always been a pleasant experience and they've always given us the best deal. Several days ago I went into them with a problem on my wife's car. It was a small problem that was really an inconvenience for my wife. It was covered by the warranty but they've been trying for three days for Honda to approve a replacement for the part. Today Honda finally denied the replacement stating there working on a software fix and it would be several weeks before an updated piece would be available. Many thanks to Denise at the dealership for being creative and giving us a temporary fix to solve the problem. It's nice to deal with a dealership willing to step up to the plate to take care of it's customers. Many thanks to Lake City Honda and Denise. More
