It’s been many years since we bought a vehicle so our expectations were we would be walking around the parking lot looking at cars. I guess those days are gone. We were pleasantly surprised by the prof expectations were we would be walking around the parking lot looking at cars. I guess those days are gone. We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and patience of Gerson. He was very knowledgeable and spent time with us explaining the technology cars have these days. We highly recommend Northside Lexus and we love our new car. Everyone there were so friendly and not pushy at all! Happy to be in the Lexus Family! More

Gerson was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with throughout the car-buying process! The finance department was efficient, which I appreciated, but the heavy push for extended w pleasure to work with throughout the car-buying process! The finance department was efficient, which I appreciated, but the heavy push for extended warranties was uncomfortable and almost made me reconsider the deal.
