The difference in customer service between the two dealerships was night and day. At Honda, we were shown older, high-mileage vehicles in the same price range. At Toyota, Geremy and Devin immediately made us feel welcomed, valued, and actually listened. Even though we called close to closing time, Geremy never rushed us once. He met us at the door, answered every question patiently, and genuinely seemed invested in helping my daughter stay within her budget while still finding a car she loved. Devin was just as helpful throughout the process and played a huge part in making everything smooth and stress free. Together, they turned what had started as a frustrating car shopping experience into an exciting and memorable night for my daughter. Within a couple of hours, she was driving home in a brand new car that she absolutely loves. Loyalty matters, but customer service matters more. More
