Poor customer service and communication. Recall took 6 plus weeks and all covered parts were not replaced. Car did not operate after completion. Battery dead on car also. Multi-point inspect Recall took 6 plus weeks and all covered parts were not replaced. Car did not operate after completion. Battery dead on car also. Multi-point inspections were different despite the car being held in service department the whole time. Did not offer rental or any accommodations. I would never recommend buying or getting car serviced there to anyone. More

I have a 2002 Ford F250 I took it in for an alignment. They came by my house and picked it up Wednesday morning. Wednesday afternoon I called and asked how was my truck going they said somebody would call They came by my house and picked it up Wednesday morning. Wednesday afternoon I called and asked how was my truck going they said somebody would call me back. They did not. Thursday I called. They said somebody would call and tell me when the truck would be ready they did not. I became angry and wanted to speak to the service manager. He later called and told me everything that was wrong with my truck other than the alignment at this point I was so mad I told them not to touch my truck and bring it back to me. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with Parks Ford. I will never take my truck back to them again. Something as simple as being aligned, they are rifling senior citizens to get more money. Shame on you Parks Ford. They say they’re under new management their service and tactics haven’t changed at all in the past 10 years If you wanna call me, you can my name is Steven Langston. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership service department. One reason being is that they refuse to give me a loaner car for their duration that my car was there, they also did a dealership service department. One reason being is that they refuse to give me a loaner car for their duration that my car was there, they also did a horrible job communicating with me when my car will be repaired. They also gave me hassle about my warranty replacement, saying that they’re not gonna value my warranty the next time this happens to my vehicle, they usually have a guy that you can text at any time to communicate about your vehicle. That guy just did not respond to me hardly ever. And then one of the servant department managers a lady. She told me that she was going to get onto one of her staff members for scheduling me a 4 o’clock appointment for my vehicle to be looked at and she proceeded to cancel that appointment without scheduling me another appointment I had to call back three days later only to find out my car wasn’t scheduled to be looked at after that ““ supervisor cancel that. I do want to leave one good thing, though Gerald he’s a manager in the service department. That guy is great. He did go out of his way to accommodate me and I will say that. More
