I have been at Pine Belt since 2011. Previously I worked in the retail business for 10 years; from cars to consumer electronics. I went to Monmouth Regional and studied history. In college I studied Computer Science and Network Administration. Most of my life I traveled the world with my father during his military career. I am now an Ocean County resident for the past 10 years. I have a wonderful wife named Erin, beautiful daughter Estelle, and my son Judah. I love to visit local vineyards and wineries. Also, in my spare time, I collect graphic novels and comic issues. Favorite Car: 2016 4-door Subaru Impreza WRX STI.

I like the dealership because of the service department. They are very honest and trustworthy. I have never had a problem with any work they’ve done. This was probably the best car salesman I've ever had - (I'm on my 5th car). I consider myself to be one that can spot BS a mile away and this entire experience (as I had go in multiple times & also shopp (I'm on my 5th car). I consider myself to be one that can spot BS a mile away and this entire experience (as I had go in multiple times & also shopped multiple dealerships), was seriously nothing but pleasant. TIMES HAVE CHANGED in the car buying world. You can test drive whatever you want & there doesn't seem to be that "pressure" anymore to BUY b/c cars are few and far between; people need them-they're selling themselves and QUICKLY. You don't want to buy their car? - move on b/c someone else will without hesitation, and SOON-(the car I said "yes" to, was being scoped out within minutes of me saying "YES!." My salesman, Geo, was honest, kind, funny, and helped talk me through the entire process making it as least stressful as possible. He helped guide if needed, and was SUPER knowledgeable on ALL the cars there. I could have spent all day there just chatting to him as if we had known each other for years (and I kind of did & NOT about cars). The other employees (insurance, billing, etc.), also helped make the process painless and they were friendly. I would love to have met the manager just to tell him how much I enjoyed Geo -both as a person, (a kind, caring human being), and as a salesman - but he was very busy. I always to meet the manager b/c I can tell them all the good (or bad) things about the salesperson. I did appreciate the follow up phone call from Pine Belt a few days later congratulating me on my new car. Other dealerships in the surrounding area have marked up car pricing SIGNIFICANTLY. I felt that sticker prices here were FAIR. If you are in the market for a car- new or used: PLEASE go to Pine Belt Subaru in Lakewood, NJ and ask for Geovannie (Geo). He is AMAZING at what he does & he does it through KINDNESS! I will, for sure, be sending others his way (and I know a LOT of people)! lol. XOXO More
