Outstanding Customer Service & Care I initially went in to get my Camry serviced and saw they had a car of interest available on their certified lot. Thomas was outstanding and helped me all the way and still makes sure everything is going okay. Everyone I encountered during this process has been great; Thomas McHugh, Nick Lee, Everett Ledbetter, Aaron Noble, Bob Porter, Sheila Parsons, Matthew in parts and George in service. They are an absolutely Amazing group of people. They are kind and quick to make sure you are taken care of. More

He helped arrange for my vehicle to be evaluated by George in service. When we determined that we would replace the Highlander, he was a class act, putting no pressure to buy. He was attentive and caring. His expertise and knowledge proved helpful as we proceeded to ultimately replace our Highlander. Thank you Bob! More

Bob Porter listened to our needs, answered our questions, and had personal knowledge of the exact model we were interested in. There was no pressure to buy, the price was right, the entire staff was very helpful, and we were on our way home with a new Rav in very short order.
