When you've dealt with the best for years and then see how other dealerships work, it just reminds me why I go "home" to Allan Nott every time I buy or lease. Even when you have a sales person with whom you normally work, everyone is friendly and helpful. They treat you like they really value your business. George Pulfer is a wonderful salesperson and Joyce Walter introduced the car features extremely well. I didn't get to see Bob White Sr. this time around, but he is always helpful and welcoming. You just can't beat the service either. Brett Condon is amazing. I don't see service people very often because, well, Toyotas almost always only need regular maintenance, but when you go in, they are the best! More

Buying a new car was the furthest thing from my mind I was at the dealership to simply to get my 5000 mile service. Problem is, I took my wife. She said, "I'm going up to look at cars. I said OK but w I was at the dealership to simply to get my 5000 mile service. Problem is, I took my wife. She said, "I'm going up to look at cars. I said OK but we aren't buying one, and oh, by the way, if they have a Camry/hybrid on the floor, let me know. Well in about 2 mins, no more, here she comes with George, the sales person. Bottom line, I bought the car, which, by the way we love. Traded in the 2014 Prius V which I also loved, but this car is much better in so many ways. This is my second car purchased at Allen Nott's, but my father and sister have been customers for many years. I appreciate how friendly everyone and efficient every one was in this buying process. Last one was this past November even though I no longer live in Lima. The personnel from the sales men/women, financing to the service department personnel have always treated us with respect and always have been curious. Have dealt with (salesmen) John Gould for years and last purchase was with George Pulfer..Highly recommend this dealership for purchasing a new/used vehicle and for the service department. Jeff Sousa was also very helpful getting my recent new Camry vehicle accessories installed. Thanks to the whole team at Allan Nott I have had great experiences with them over the may years. More
