Compared to the other dealership I frequent, Palm Toyota in Punta Gord Service always takes longer than expected but since I'm retired , I don't mind. Compared to the other dealership I frequent, Palm Toyota in Punta Gorda, the service in Lima is lightening fast. The Lima people are always friendly and very polite. If you don't want to wait, one of the older guy drivers will take you home or to the mall and pick you up later. Works out great. I'm been coming here for years and am always satisfied. More

In the past, I would encounter the typical "car salesman". George was easy-going, flexible, helpful, and most importantly, GENUINE AND HONEST. When I knew I had found the right one, Adam Cox didn't waste any time on getting the numbers drawn up for both a lease and a buy option. I wrapped up my experience with Steve Kowalski who was nice enough to explain things on my credit report and answer any questions I had regarding the paperwork to be signed. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient this experience was! I'm truly grateful and will never go anywhere else to buy or lease a vehicle :) More

Since we were getting a hitch installed and pinstripes put on our minivan, our scheduled service appt was going to take quite a while. A very nice gentleman gave my 2 little girls an activity pack which put on our minivan, our scheduled service appt was going to take quite a while. A very nice gentleman gave my 2 little girls an activity pack which they were thrilled with. They also provided free complementary transportation to a local mall for the 4 hour long appt. I can't tell you how the hitch works yet, b/c we haven't used it, but I'm a little suspect about how well the pinstripes are going to hold up as the ending of the one did not look fully adhered when I got home that day. Overall a B+ More

A few days ago I completed my second major transaction with Allan Nott Honda in as many months. I purchased a pre-owned Toyota for my teenage sons and I leased a new Honda Fit for myself. I have purchas with Allan Nott Honda in as many months. I purchased a pre-owned Toyota for my teenage sons and I leased a new Honda Fit for myself. I have purchased or leased vehicles from 8 dealerships in 4 cities in my lifetime, and I can say without hesitation that Allan Nott outshines all the others! George Pulfer was extraordinary in dealing with me for both transactions. And Jason Miller was awesome, also. Never once did I feel pressured, or more importantly, ripped off! I had visited other dealers in town in the last few weeks and not one gave me the time and attention that the folks at Allan Nott afforded me. I have recommended this dealership (and George, specifically) to others already, and I will continue to do so. As long as I am in the Lima area, I can't imagine going anywhere else!!! More
