We immediately felt like he was not a regular sales guy. He was kind, patient, had the customer in mind, and gave us some great options for vehicles. Unlike other dealerships, he did not push anything on us. We went into the dealership and he made the experience of returning our leased car and buying the new Toyota vehicle as pain free as possible. He was so respectful and treated us like a family member would. I am so thankful we landed at this dealership. In addition to this, Matt Jirani at the business office made signing off on stuff and everything else with the paperwork an easy process. He was very professional and made the process a smooth one. Worth the drive from OK We had plans to see a new RAV4 in Grapevine and Plano. We knew what we wanted and what we would pay. We had actually agreed on price with Grapevine. We were going to stop in Plano looking for comparison. We stopped here b/c it was not too far off track--just to see the inventory. We met George who was very professional and by no means 'pushy.' He was able to get us an excellent deal. A MUCH better deal than we had agreed on with Grapevine. Why look elsewhere? George took the time to show me all the ins and outs of my car. He set up my Apple Car Play, the height adjustment for the back hatch and the lane-departure sensitivity, etc. He was super patient as it was a lot of information to take in. He made the car buying experience very easy and pleasant. The dealership was very clean and George was very good to sanitize pens and anything that I used before I touched it. McKinney, TX was not our intended destination for buying our new RAV4. But it was such a positive experience that serious buyers won't need look further. More
