She was great on the response and called me to arrange my visit to the dealersh I spoke via email with Alex West about coming in for potential trade. She was great on the response and called me to arrange my visit to the dealership. Upon arrival she was fantastic, she was focused on me as the customer and did not disappoint. I also worked with George May who also displayed great customer service and really wanted to make a deal work, that was best for me and my budget. They went above and beyond and made a great deal, which is a lot more than a competitor was willing to do.
