Jean Dupoux is hands down the best car sales person I have ever dealt with! Our family has bought 5 vehicles from him so far, and we'll never use anyone else! They’re going to tell you that their prices When the salesman and manager tell you that you have gotten quite a deal at Beaver Toyota, buyer beware! They’re going to tell you that their prices have everything to do with supply and demand at the moment, which command the highest price possible. I fell into this trap yesterday by buying a car with the salesman using a passive aggressive Tag Team approach. I told George what I could afford to pay on top of my trade-in. He came back and he said I found just the car. Bob here will take you for a drive. Bob all along telling me that he’s all about the buyer not about selling a car. I drove the car. It’s a beautiful car. I come back they give me a price and I say it’s too much. We went back-and-forth several times me expressing my concerns that I could not find that extra $4000 until I was pressured to say yes. Unfortunately I’m a people pleaser. I asked bob about buyers remorse. There is no clause in the state of Florida for buyers remorse bob stated. However we do have an Exchange program for 30 days and unfortunately I failed to ask any questions. Bob expressed that only Toyoda does this, only Beaver Toyota. He didn’t tell me that I had to exchange for the same price I paid for the car plus tax Tag, license and dealers fees on top of the car i exchange for. I expressed concern to bob, I expressed concern to George, and I also expressed concern several times to the finance guy. They all assured me that I was going to love my new car and it would all pay off in the end. The only payoff I am receiving is I hate the car I hate the dealership and I despise the salesman’s and team who have done this to me. They took advantage and I let them. Don’t make my mistake find a different dealership. And I am not the only one who has been pressured into buying a car from this dealership. The following day I talked (shouted) to a sales manager dressed in pencil straight leg, ankle jeans, no socks and blue suede shoes. Casual, unprofessional dress attire, so His name didn’t even register with me. I also tried to contact the general manager Craig Honecker. He never returned my call. More
