We walked into Royal Moore Subaru on the recommendation of a previous customer, and before exiting our car, we were greeted by George, who kindly asked if we had been helped. He then helped us find the ex of a previous customer, and before exiting our car, we were greeted by George, who kindly asked if we had been helped. He then helped us find the exact car we were searching for, and at a price we were very happy with. No endless haggling or trying to upsell features, they were all clearly explained, and we were allowed to pick and choose without any pressure from the sales team. The process was a not "fast" fast (about three hours start to finish, which is what I expected) but not overly slow, and we were doing things the whole time, there wasn't a lot of sitting around. I was impressed at how busy they were, but they still managed to move reasonably fast once the process was started. Kudos to George for a great job! Likewise, TJ in the finance office got us out the door quickly and efficiently with minimal downtime and excellent customer service. Overall, a very positive experience at Royal Moore, and I would recommend them to others! More
