More for less money! spoke with George Re: stock# ia20151 a 2014 f250 offered 18000. was told no and then offered 18500. and once again was told that the "sales Manager" w spoke with George Re: stock# ia20151 a 2014 f250 offered 18000. was told no and then offered 18500. and once again was told that the "sales Manager" was sure they would get 19000. from that truck however they still have it on their lot. I have purchased 2015 f250 a 1 year newer truck from another dealer with 25000 less miles for 19500. Just 500. dollars morn than they were asking that they wouldn't budge on the price. Seems to me that they should more acceptible to making a deal rather than trying to get top price. Once again it pays to shop around... and btw the dealer i bought from was also much closer to home. More

Great service I bought a really nice high mileage(well beyond warranty) truck. The next morning I had the truck go into limp mode on me. After pulling over and restarting the truck everything seemed to be ok. When I went to retrieve the vehicle I had driven to the dealership the day before I stopped to see my salesman to see if they could scan the truck real quick to make sure it wasn't something serious. The dealership kept the vehicle to fix it without charge and got a rental car for me until the truck was done. All of this because "it was the right thing to do". Very satisfied with my experience with Suburban Ford of Waterford from the sales process through this service issue! More
