What made Rudy stand out from the pack was that, after a few days, he was the only one who was following up personally and directly; not using templates and mailing lists. Rudy was professional, gracious, and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable working with him, and that made for a most pleasant experience. Could not have been a better experience Tranny went out on my '02 F150 and needed something fast. Ryan bent over backwards to get me a vehicle fast. They had to trade one of their F150 Plati Tranny went out on my '02 F150 and needed something fast. Ryan bent over backwards to get me a vehicle fast. They had to trade one of their F150 Platinum trucks with another dealership to secure my '14 black F150 I was looking for. Ryan was very professional and upfront throughout the whole process. After I got home I noticed one of the 4X4 decals was damaged. I called Ryan who then ordered one that day. By the time I went in the next week to have it put on, I had scratched the sides near the top of the bed. When installing the new decal, Gena had the scratches buffed out and were barely noticeable. All in all the experience at Braeger Ford went smoothly and am glad I chose to buy from them. More

Very informative however not pleased with results Gena was very informative on my rust issue quarter panel Ford Escape 2012 however, Ford's policy would not repair the issue at no charge. My thought this is a manufacturing problem direct with Ford and they should stand by name. The rust issue is a common occurrence with Ford Escapes. and they should be held liable. Gena approached this issue professionally and answered all my questions but her hands were tied. More
