1. I didn't get a new reminder sticker on the windshield. 2. My appointment to pick up my truck was early morning. I assumed my truck would be in service soon after arrival at the dealership. I never knew that my pickup appointment did not mean it would go into the shop upon arrival for service. I called Gatlin and was told there were several folks that were waiting for their service takes place before a pickup vehicle. I was never informed of this. More
