Surprising!!!! I, myself do not care for the whole “car buying” experience, because I go in with the high hopes and dreams and wind up getting shot down and offered I, myself do not care for the whole “car buying” experience, because I go in with the high hopes and dreams and wind up getting shot down and offered something completely different than what I sat out to get in the first place. This was not the case with Gary @ D&M. I was looking for a dealership with greedy salesmen, and then we arrived at their office in Ft,Worth. No dealership, no blood thirsty salesmen, just a comfortable place to sit quietly after Gary was notified we had arrived. We meet and greet Gary and he escorted us to the conference room (With a view by the way) and he proceeded to explained the procedure in extent, and let us know that with our situation whether or not he could or couldn’t help us, and has no issue with us going about our day. Latter that afternoon we were informed of the vehicle he had found and promptly, awaited our decision. Long story short, we had a meeting and told Gary, what we wanted in our next vehicle, went home and then it was delivered to us at our home with an eager smile and a welcoming handshake to the D&M Family. In other words this was the least stressful “Vehicle Transition “ situation I have ever encountered and without a doubt, I know this is the way my next Purchase/lease will be conducted. (If Gary is there I mean....lol). Go see Gary,!! He will shoot straight from the start!! I’ll see you on the next one bud, if your reading this. Thank you again from the Adair’s!!! #anewfamilymember.
