Gary's in depth knowledge of your car line-up, explaining the pros and cons of each in relation to my needs, wants and desires, was most helpful in my decision making process. He really did have a great deal of patience, especially dealing with my mother and her opinions in addition to mine. God bless him. What I appreciated, beyond words, was his willingness to deliver my new MINI to Vero Beach, spending additional time in "training" this newbie in the ways of the world of MINI's. He programmed my whole car, from top to bottom, in addition to setting up Sirius radio. Are all your salespeople this conscientious? More

After 7 years and 100,000+ miles it was time for a new Mini convertible. Gary Rockoff made the process easy to buy the 2012 version of what we had before in our 2005. Salesperson very friendly, told be many times about their customer satisfaction rating. I bought a used 2011 VW TDI Sportwagen in January 2012. The only issue I had during the purchase was the lack of a seco customer satisfaction rating. I bought a used 2011 VW TDI Sportwagen in January 2012. The only issue I had during the purchase was the lack of a second key/remote fob. Gary checked with the salesman that took the car in trade who indicated the previous owner had the key and he would call them to ensure they were dropping it off at the dealership. After many calls to Gary(each time he indicated he would check on the key and call me back) none of the calls were returned. I called the sales manager(got voice mail), left a message which was not returned. The bottom line is they act like any other car dealer, don't buy the car unless you have all your concerns met. I live in Naples FL. I visited my local Mini dealer and left with very little information on the Mini Cooper as to what advantages are to buying a Mini. So, i thought that if they can not follow up on a potential sale what would happen if i had a problem? So, I went online and sent out the information on the Mini I was looking for. The only sales Person who truly made the effort was Gary Rockoff from Braman Mini in West Palm. He took the time, even on his day off, to help me locate a Mini i was looking for to give to my wife as a gift. Even after the sale Gary is still following up.
