So Saturday morning I called again, and the Service department was slow so they fit me right in that day. More

Loyal Chrysler customer having purchased four vehicles including three T&C minivans. Very expensive $850 thermostat and gasket replacement in a 2008 T&C Minivan!!! Work wasn't done correctly the first t including three T&C minivans. Very expensive $850 thermostat and gasket replacement in a 2008 T&C Minivan!!! Work wasn't done correctly the first time. The next day returned with smoke/steam coming out of the engine compartment and was told it was residual burnoff. A week later returned again to find out plastic thermostat housing had been over-torqued and cracked allowing coolant vapor to escape. Dealership repaired the vehicle but took lost the car for another day. Service advisors are apathetic with customers. For example, my request to have a receipt emailed resulted in receiving a blank sheet of paper. I understand mistakes happen but this is work dealerships do day in and out and they didn't seem to get anything right. Escalation to the service manager was effectively a waste of time. He made references to check the "Internet" in an email response rather than provide a specific link to the material he was referencing. Bottom line ... I have very low confidence in the quality of work that was done and obviously given the price overall value was abysmal. You can do better than this dealership. More

I’ve been taking my Jeep to cortese since October for a skipping/jumping when i accelerate. They changed out a brake sensor that was around $200 and it didn’t fix the problem. Along with their insane renta skipping/jumping when i accelerate. They changed out a brake sensor that was around $200 and it didn’t fix the problem. Along with their insane rental car fee, i continued to take it there. They haven’t even came close to figuring out the issue so i took my Jeep to west Herr is Greece. Problem was fixed within a few hours. I NEEDED NEW SPARK PLUGS?????? This has been a very frustrating last 4 months and seriously all i needed was spark plugs. I won’t ever take my Jeep back there. Waste of my time. More
