The worst service center I have ever visited across the country. You have to wait 20 minutes or more for someone to acknowledge your presence. They don’t let you know when your vehicle is finished. Only reason I got my vehicle is I got up to use the bathroom and saw it outside ready. Then they attempt to charge you for parts your vehicle doesn’t have. Then have to wait another 20 minutes a three trips inside for the service manual to remove the extra $100. 2+ hours for a 10 minute oil change. More

Had an appointment for 1:30 Thursday the 20th. Showed up on time but my appointment was not in the computer. They took me any way which I appreciate. A small piece of molding fell off. I needed to have my Jeep's computer updated to recognize the wiring harness for towing. Lisa set me up with the appointment and was very friendly and helpful. The day off my service, they took me in immedia the wiring harness for towing. Lisa set me up with the appointment and was very friendly and helpful. Took it in for oil change, tire rotation and check AC because windshield fogs up when on. Was told that was normal. Later when talking to Gary, he said the amount of fog was not normal, bring it back to because windshield fogs up when on. Was told that was normal. Later when talking to Gary, he said the amount of fog was not normal, bring it back to show him. He gets 5 stars for listening, but not the guy who worked on it and ignored my concern. I have to make another trip in. More
