Loved my Buying experience of my 2021 Ram Truck. Good people to talk to and deal with. No complaints. Only one issue when I brought it in for its first maintenance. Juat an oil change and rotation took over 2 hours probably because of short staff? or lack of communication my service advisor went to lunch leaving me waiting in the waiting room. I finally just walked back to the desk and someone else checked me out. But my leather center console lid was covered in oil from elbows and so was the fender. I cleaned it myself. The manager texted me a couple days later to ask about my experience and I told her. She offered to clean my truck but I said I was fine. She's awesome! (Samantha Cortese) More
