My experience with Service Department was great. I am not happy with the corporation. Apparently I purchased a 3 oil change from the corporation and only received 2 oil changes. The good news is the truck got fixed the bad news is that it took 2X as long as estimated and a minimum of $330 worth of items were stolen out of my truck well it was there. Also my warranty is to cover a rental/loaner vehicle, I was told none were available but that they would keep a look out for one over 8 days pasted with nothing offered. More
