I was on the defense and ready to argue any point they made at Royal Kia despite the great reviews. I went in as a firecracker, and I have to say it was nothing like I expected. I figured I was going to be tricked and sold snake oil for what I could afford and what I needed in a vehicle (I have some PTSD some previous car buying experiences, but again who doesn't?). When I called to make an appointment, Garrett was lucky enough to answer the call, I told him he and I would become best friends and little did I know how true that would be. I was introduced to Garrett a few days later and from day one he was incredibly attentive, responsive and honest. I thought he wasn't ready for me, but I was the one who was not ready for him. He took every question I had with a smile, grace and humor. I wanted to discuss financing first before even looking at cars and it wasn't an issue. My requests, demands, and needs were met with understanding. I had a load of questions and he patiently answered each and every one of them. If I had to come back to the dealership again, and talk to him for another reason or needed to reach out he was always there for me. Never did he try and talk me into something more than I could afford, genuinely a nice guy. I did feel very comfortable at the dealership, the people there are extremely genuine and kind. I have gone back to get my car washed at the dealership and I wasn't treated like someone who wasn't valued anymore, I was still a valued customer and that's something that I look forward to having for the life of my car. I will be referring every single person I know to this place. In summary: call Royal Kia, call Garrett, he will take care of you. More

Garrett Provides GREAT Service!! Garrett was GREAT! to work with. I have to admit going into this car buying thing was a bit nerve wrecking from past experiences... BUT at ROYAL KIA t Garrett was GREAT! to work with. I have to admit going into this car buying thing was a bit nerve wrecking from past experiences... BUT at ROYAL KIA they made me feel so comfortable. NO hassle, NO pressure whatsoever into buying a new car. I started the whole process online, and soon moved on to communication via text/phone which was super easy. I told him exactly what I wanted & he made sure to send me an "inventory list" of all their Kia Souls in stock. I then went in the next day to test drive it which was super fun made me feel comfortable (not awkward driving with a stranger) haha! & answered all my questions about the car, he has lots of knowledge about cars!! & 3 hours later I was driving out the lot in my new 2016 Kia Soul!! The whole online/text/call service they provide is amazing! I highly recommend Royal Kia! Make sure you get Garrett as your guy! Before making my second purchase at Royal, I was sure to stop in and ask his opinion on my new vehicle prior to committing to the sale. Rest assured, after you make that purchase, you will be taken care of by a GREAT team at Royal. No other dealership has ever went more out of there way then Royal! More

Absolutely amazing! I walked into the dealership with absolutely no expectations of getting a car. I was introduced to Garrett. He inquired what it was I was after and wh I walked into the dealership with absolutely no expectations of getting a car. I was introduced to Garrett. We discussed the car, my wants and options, and he was determined to find me something that would fit everything I was after without breaking my budget for me to have it. We found it, my 2018 KIA Soul, he worked with me on the pricing. Despite my less than stellar credit and having never purchased a car before. He made the process simple and easy completely stress free! There was no pressure, he disclosed everything, answering any questions I had, and even got my boyfriend to want a car from him! Everything was transparent, he let me take the car home for the weekend and bring it back on Tuesday when we signed the paperwork! The best decision I ever made! Thank you so much Garrett! More

Garrett will not fail you. Our car got totalled last week and we came in here looking to get set up with a car as quick as possible so we could get back on the road.
