The Plaza Lincoln staff was very friendly,helpful and professional. After a bad buying experience the day before, Larry was kind enough to make sure the Aviator could safely be driven in and out of our garage. He encouraged me that I too could do this, with a sense of humor that kept me relaxed. That extra effort was greatly appreciated…and the resulting relief, “sealed the deal”. Gaige took his time going through and setting up the technical side of operating our SUV which was very helpful and a bit overwhelming for us older -not-so -technical-folk! 🙂 All in all this would rate as our best car buying experience ever!
