Ray is a nice dealership, but I can't give them a five star rating because the issues with my certified pre-owned vehicle should have been caught before it was put on the lot for purchase. I am happy that star rating because the issues with my certified pre-owned vehicle should have been caught before it was put on the lot for purchase. I am happy that the issues were corrected, but it took 5 hours for my vehicle to be repaired. More
