I felt like Gabe and Harry were very friendly and knowledgeable about the car and warranty information. We arrived in the late morning and wanted to leave for lunch and come back afterwards to contin knowledgeable about the car and warranty information. We arrived in the late morning and wanted to leave for lunch and come back afterwards to continue discussions about buying the car but we encountered a lot of resistance to leaving without making a deal on the car. We finally got to leave at 1:10 to go eat. I found that situation frustrating. I felt that Gabe did Not engage in high pressure sales tactics which I greatly appreciated. I felt he was honest and straightforward. Even though he was new on the job he got all of my questions answered. More
