Gabby assisted me and told me she would give me a call once my car was ready. She even confirmed my phone number. During that time, I was falling asleep in the lounge after coming out of a 12 hour shift a once my car was ready. She even confirmed my phone number. During that time, I was falling asleep in the lounge after coming out of a 12 hour shift and I had been awake for 21 hours at that point. However, I had my phone on so I could hear the phone ring because they said they would call me. No call, 2.5 hours pass and I go to Gabby at the desk. I say l've been waiting for 2.5 hours and she seems to almost cut me off, asking for my last name. It appears that my car has been ready as they pull it up. I'm upset that there was no phone call as promised, as I could have gone back home earlier to catch up on the sleep that I needed. I will not be returning to this location for future services. More
